Mental Clarity Blend

 
I feel like the last few days my head has been in the clouds. I am needing a LOT of mental clarity right now. I mixed up this blend and put it in a roller bottle. I might be bathing in it by the end of the day.

Mental Clarity Blend:
4 drops Spark Naturals Rosemary Essential Oil
6 drops Spark Naturals Lemon Essential Oil
2 drops Spark Naturals Cypress Essential Oil

For a 5ml roller bottle Fill the remaining with your favorite carrier. I personally use Grape Seed Oil.

Apply to your wrists and back of neck or use without a carrier oil in your diffuser.
