-1 drop Roman Chamomile essential oil
-2 drops Clary Sage essential oil
-2 drops Geranium essential oil
-1 drop Lavender essential oil

De-Stressing Bath Salts:
-1 drops Geranium essential oil
-2 drops Tangerine essential oil
-1 drop Ylang Ylang essential oil
-1 cup Epsom Salts
Directions: Epsom salts are often used to help relax, so they are a natural choice in addition to stress-relieving essential oils! Mix essential oils and epsom salts and place in an airtight, non-reactive container like a glass jar. Use 1/3-1/2 cup of salts per bath for adults.

DIY Stress-Relief Massage Oil
To make a massage oil, blend 1oz carrier oil of choice with 30 drops of your favorite stress-relieving essential oils from the list above.
