Pumpkin Pie Smoothie with Shield


Snack attack! I absolutely love the autumn and all the spices and flavors that go with it. Naturally, I'm really excited about this Pumpkin Pie Smoothie with the delicious added bonus of Shield Blend in it to support immune health!

You will need:
-1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
-1/2 c canned pumpkin
-1/2 cup plain or maple yogurt (can sub coconut yogurt if preferred)
-1 1/2-2 frozen bananas
-1 tsp pure vanilla extract
-1 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning
-2-3 drops Spark Naturals Shield Blend
-1 drop Spark Naturals Coriander essential oil (optional)
-1 cup ice

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until desired consistency is achieved. If desired, top with whipped cream (or cashew cream) and sprinkle with a dash of pumpkin pie seasoning.
