It's no secret that we love these flourless 
brownies. I'm feeling a bit sluggish today, so I'm dreaming up a 
"Mexican chocolate" version with a 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper and a drop 
or two of Spark Naturals Cinnamon Bark essential oil!
 
 Ingredients:
 •4 eggs
 •1 c cacao or cocoa powder
 •3/4 c maple syrup
 •1/4 c EV coconut oil
 •3 tsp real vanilla extract
 •1/8 tsp salt
 •2-3 drops Spark Naturals Peppermint, Cinnamon, or Wild Orange essential oil
 
 Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. Pour into a bread 
loaf pan lined with parchment paper (trust me-you'll thank me later for 
this). Bake in a 350F oven for 30 minutes and allow to set - 1hr in the 
fridge or 3 on the counter.
