School sports are back in session! Unfortunately, the locker room can be a breeding ground for fungal infection.
If you find yourself fighting athlete's foot, try this DIY Athlete's Foot Powder:
-2 drops Spark Naturals Thyme EO
-5 drops Spark Naturals Rosemary EO
-2 drops Spark Naturals Melaleuca EO
-8 oz white clay
 Put the oils and clay in a jar and stir to combine. Apply a light 
dusting to feet after showering, concentrating on the nooks and crannies
