If you're looking for a way to treat yourself 
tonight (especially if you have sore muscles), try this Ginger and 
Orange Stimulating Milky Bath Salts from Organic Body Care Recipes by 
Tourles:
 
 You will need:
 -1 10x10" square of cheesecloth or the end of old, clean nylons
 -1/2 c Epsom salt
 -1/2 c powdered milk
 -1 T dried (or 2 T fresh) finely chopped orange rind
 -1 T powdered dried ginger
 -1 T rosemary leaves
 -5 drops Spark Naturals Ginger essential oil
 -5 drops Sweet Orange essential oil
 -string or yarn
 
 Place all dry ingredients together in the center of the cloth; add 
essential oils. Tie the fabric around the ingredients and tie with an 
end long enough to hang from the tap - the water will flow through the 
bag. After the tub is filled, drop the bag into the water. Soak for 
20-30 minutes.
 
 You deserve it!
