Candida: not a fun topic, but definitely a real issue!

In The Aromatherapy Companion (available on sparknaturals.com), Victoria Edwards shares this Candida Blend:

 -2 drops Lavender essential oil
 -2 drops Melaleuca essential oil
 -2 drops Myrrh essential oil

To use, apply via one of the following methods:

 Option 1: Silk Sponge
Use the blend vaginally with a silk cosmetic sponge soaked in a warm,
sterilized-water solution. You cna purchase from your druggist a sterile
"silk" or natural sponge, that will work quite well. Tie a length of
(unflavored) dental floss to the sponge, leaving a 4" "tail" for
convenient retrieval. Disperse the essential oils blend into a cup (235
ml) of warm, sterilized (previously boiled) water. Immerse the sponge.
Gently squeeze out the excess moisture - so it is not dripping - and
insert the sponge into the vagina, leaving it overnight. You can wear a
sanitary pad for security.

 Option 2: Bolus
 Use the blend
vaginally in a bolus. Also called ovules, boluses are female vaginal
suppositories that are used to treat vaginal infections. You can easily
make your own with a cocoa butter base.

 Cocoa Butter Base Bolus:
 2oz (60 ml) cocoa butter
 1oz (30g) white clay
 Essential oil blend (above)

Melt the cocoa butter over low heat. Add the clay and essential oils.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until the cocoa butter just begins
to harden. Form in boluses, about the size and shape of the tip of your
pinky finger. Place on a sheet of wax paper in the refrigerator. When
they have hardened, store in an airtight glass container in the
refrigerator.

To use: Insert one bolus vaginally each night before bed. Continue until symptoms disappear.
