 Simple Herbal Bath Salts
 
 1/2 cup baking soda
 1/2 cup sea salt
 15 drops Lavender or Roman Chamomile essential oil
 
 Turn on the tap full blast and pour the soda and the salt into the tub.
 When the tub is full, add the essential oil and swish the water with 
your hands to mix. If making ahead of time, store in a glass jar and use
 within 6 months.
 
 Get in and soak for 20-30 minutes - enjoy!
