Did you have a little bit too much fun this weekend? Make up a batch of this GREAT sore muscle oil!
Sore Muscle Massage Oil
-2 T carrier oil of choice (we recommend Sweet Almond Oil,
traditionally used by massage therapists for its excellent texture and
and suitability for all skin types)
-5 drops Spark Naturals Eucalyptus essential oil
-7 drops Spark Naturals Roman Chamomile essential oil
-3 drops Spark Naturals Peppermint essential oil
-2 drops Spark Naturals Rosemary essential oil
-1 drop Spark Naturals Black Pepper essential oil (optional, warming effect but can be irritating to sensitive skin)
Directions: Mix all ingredients in a glass container such as a 1oz
dropper bottle. Roll or shake well to combine. To use, place a small
amount of the oil in the palm of your hand and rub into the affected
area.
NOTE: Be sure to test a small amount of the oil for skin
sensitivity before beginning the massage. If you have sensitive skin,
add more carrier oil prior to testing.
