These easy DIY shower tablets combine the power of essential oils with the steam of the shower and can be a wonderful way to get some relief from congestion, especially if you don't have a diffuser!
Easy DIY Respire Shower Tablets
-2 cups baking soda
-1/2 cup water
-muffin tin with liners
-Respire Respiratory Blend
Directions: Mix together the baking soda and water until it holds together when clumped. Add a bit more water if necessary. Pack tightly into muffin liners or silicon molds (oven-safe). Bake for 20 minutes at 350F and allow to cool. Remove liners and sprinkle each disk with 3-5 drops of Respire. You might try adding some to the top and bottom of each disk. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
To use: Simply place the tablet on the shower floor. If desired, add a few additional drops of Respire just prior to using, especially if they have been in storage for a long time.
PRO TIP: This would work great with LLP for allergy symptoms as well!
